## 2. Apple App Store and Standard EULA
HomeDone is distributed through the Apple App Store.
Your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”), unless a separate custom license agreement applies.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and Apple’s Standard EULA, Apple’s Standard EULA will apply to the extent required by Apple’s terms and policies.

## 4. User Data and Local Storage
HomeDone is designed to store your app data locally on your device, unless otherwise stated in the App or in our Privacy Policy.
Your data may include places, cleaning tasks, schedules, notes, completion history, reminders, and app settings.
You are responsible for managing your device, local data, device backups, and any exported backup files. If you delete the App, lose access to your device, reset your device, or fail to keep a backup, your data may be lost.
## 5. Backups, Export, and Import
The App may include backup, export, or import features, such as JSON export and import.
These features are provided to help you manage your own data. You are responsible for safely storing exported files and for choosing which files to import.
We do not guarantee that exported files will always be compatible with future versions of the App, although we may try to maintain reasonable compatibility where practical.
## 6. Notifications and Reminders
The App may provide reminders, notifications, widgets, and schedule-based information to help you remember cleaning tasks.
Notifications and reminders are provided for convenience only. We do not guarantee that any notification, reminder, widget, or alert will be delivered, displayed, or delivered at a specific time.
Notification delivery may depend on your device settings, operating system behavior, notification permissions, Focus modes, Do Not Disturb settings, network conditions, battery settings, and other factors outside our control.
You should not rely on the App for tasks where missing a notification could cause harm, damage, legal issues, health risks, or safety risks.

The App may include suggested cleaning tasks, time estimates, schedules, notes, tools, tips, or presets.
These suggestions are general information only. They may not be suitable for every home, appliance, material, surface, product, or personal situation.
You are responsible for checking product instructions, appliance manuals, cleaning product labels, ventilation requirements, safety warnings, and any applicable laws or building rules before performing cleaning or maintenance tasks.
Do not mix cleaning chemicals unless the product instructions clearly state that it is safe to do so. If you are unsure, consult the relevant product instructions or a qualified professional.
## 8. Pro Features and In-App Purchases
HomeDone may offer optional paid features through in-app purchases, such as a Pro unlock.
Pro features may include expanded limits, additional places, additional tasks, additional reminders, or other features described in the App at the time of purchase.
All in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Payment, billing, refunds, and purchase management are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms and policies.
We may add, change, or remove free or paid features from time to time. If a feature is described as available only in Pro, access to that feature may require a valid purchase.
## 9. No Advertising Claim
If the App is described as having no ads, this means that the App does not display third-party advertising within the App at the time of that description.
This does not limit our ability to communicate about App features, Pro features, updates, support information, or important notices within the App.
